The terms that apply when you use the Brickline Web website.

About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of bricklineweb.com (the "site"), run by Brickline Web, a web design studio in Carteret, New Jersey. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information only
The site describes our studio and our services. It is for general information only. Prices, packages, offers and examples shown on the site can change, and nothing on the site is a binding offer or a contract. Any project is agreed with you directly before work begins.
For reference, the site currently states that: we build a free demo of your homepage first, and you pay nothing until you approve it; prices are listed in USD on our Services & Pricing page; your domain is registered in your name, your logo, photos and text are always yours, and you receive all the website files when the site goes live; and the Care Plan is month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. These points are described in more detail on our Services & Pricing and Process pages.
Payment
When you hire us, payment works as follows: a 50% deposit to start, and the remaining 50% before launch. Invoices are due within 7 days. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
We accept Zelle to [email protected], or card or ACH through a secure Stripe payment link or invoice. We do not accept cash.
Two rounds of revisions are included. Extra changes are billed at $50/hour, with a 30-minute minimum, and we always quote them first. The signed client agreement for your project governs if anything differs.
Our content
The text, design, graphics, logo and other content of the site belong to Brickline Web or are used with permission. Client websites shown in our portfolio, and their content, belong to their owners. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse our site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. "Brickline Web" and our logo may not be used in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the site in a way that is unlawful, that could damage or disrupt the site, or that tries to gain unauthorized access to it or to the systems behind it.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as client sites, demo sites, Google Maps, Facebook and LinkedIn. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content, including that it will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Brickline Web is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
