Terms of Sale
The terms that apply when you buy something from Brickline Web online or by invoice.

Brickline Web is a brand operated by Maxim Milshteyn, a sole proprietor in New Jersey, USA.
Who you are buying from
You are buying from Maxim Milshteyn, a sole proprietor in New Jersey, USA, who operates the Brickline Web brand ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected]. These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase, whether you pay through our online checkout, a Stripe payment link or an invoice. Our Terms of Use cover use of the website itself; if they conflict with these Terms of Sale about a purchase, these Terms of Sale govern.
What you are buying
Each product page and the cart describe what is included, the price, the delivery estimate and whether the item is one-time or recurring. Delivery times are estimates that start once we have the materials we need from you (for example text, photos, logins). Some items rely on third parties that we do not control, such as Google Business Profile verification, domain registrars, app stores, ad platforms or human translators; those parts take as long as the third party takes.
Prices, taxes and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the one shown in the cart and on the Stripe checkout page when you place the order.
- Sales tax is added where the law requires it and is shown before you pay.
- Online payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Third-party costs that are not part of our price, such as ad spend, paid plugins, stock media, domain renewals after the first year or printing, are paid by you directly unless the product says otherwise.
- Bundles are priced together. If you cancel one part of a bundle, the remaining parts are re-priced at their separate prices.
Recurring services
Monthly services (such as Care plans, SEO, local SEO, social media, email marketing, reports and AI assistant service) renew automatically every month until you cancel. Before you subscribe we show the price, the billing frequency and how to cancel, and we ask for your separate consent. Full details are in our Subscription & Auto-renewal Terms. You can cancel anytime online at bricklineweb.com/account/ or by emailing [email protected].
Website projects
We build a free demo of your homepage first, and you pay nothing until you approve it. For website builds paid by invoice, payment is a 50% deposit to start and 50% before launch, as described in our Terms of Use. When you buy a website package online, you pay the full package price at checkout. Each package includes the rounds of revisions listed on our Services & Pricing page.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your content and ownership
You confirm that you have the right to use the text, images, logos and other materials you give us. Once you have paid in full, the finished website files, your domain and your content belong to you. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
What we promise, and limits
We do the work with reasonable skill and care. We cannot promise specific results from search engines, maps, ads or social platforms, such as rankings, traffic, reviews or sales, because those depend on companies and people we do not control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Market price comparisons
Where a product shows a "Typical price at" another company, the figure comes from that company's public page, which we link next to the price, as it read when we checked it. Other companies may change their prices at any time. Comparisons are for information only.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Please contact us first at [email protected]; most problems can be solved quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, it will be handled by the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring it where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. For subscriptions, we will email you at least 30 days before any change to the price or to these terms takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
